Know Your Customer (KYC) checks confirm that every player is who they say they are. They protect your account and are required before we can pay out winnings.

• CNIC (front and back)
• Passport
• Driving licence
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address

Go to Profile → Verification, choose the document type and upload a clear photo where all four corners are visible.

Most documents are reviewed within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours. We will notify you as soon as your account is verified.
