Why is my withdrawal still processing?

Most withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes. If yours is taking longer, one of these is usually the reason:

• Your documents have not been verified yet.
• You still have active turnover from a bonus.
• The account name does not match your verified legal name.
• The payment channel is busy — it will be processed in order.

You can track the status any time in Transaction records. If it is still processing after 24 hours, contact support with your reference number.
